Help That Starts With the Right System

Good support starts before a kit is ordered. We help clients work out what suits the property, the water source and the daily demand, whether that is a small home in Pretoria, a borehole on a farm near Brits, or a rainwater setup in the Western Cape. Proper sizing matters, because a system that is too small will struggle and one that is too large can waste money.

Our team checks practical details such as tank storage, pump pressure, filtration needs and the route for pipes and cables. That way the kit is matched to real conditions on site, not just to a list of parts.

Support During Delivery and Installation

We coordinate delivery from our Brits base to towns and rural properties across South Africa, including Hartbeespoort, Rustenburg, Bloemfontein, Paarl, Stellenbosch and Somerset West. For clients that need installation support, we make sure the right equipment arrives together and in order, so there are fewer delays on site.

Our installation supervisor and technical sales team work with the project coordinator to keep the job on track. If a municipal rule, HOA rule or site access issue gets in the way, we help find a workable plan without wasting time.

Aftercare for Pumps, Filters and Tanks

Water systems need regular attention, especially where there is dust, borehole sediment, coastal humidity or hard use on a farm. We help with pump servicing, filter changes, tank cleaning and fault finding so small issues do not turn into bigger repairs.

If the pressure drops, water looks cloudy, or the system starts cycling too often, we can guide you through the likely cause and what to check first. Sometimes it is a worn seal, blocked filter or a setting that needs adjusting, nothing fancy, just proper maintenance.

Water Testing and Quality Checks

Not all water needs the same treatment. Borehole water can carry sediment, minerals or bacteria, while rainwater may pick up dust and debris from the roof and gutters. We offer water testing and help clients choose the right filtration for the actual water on site.

That is useful for households, guest accommodation and farms that rely on clean water for daily use. If the test results change after heavy rain or long dry periods, we can talk through the next step and whether the filters should be changed sooner.

Regular Maintenance for Better Reliability

Many water problems can be avoided with a simple maintenance plan. A check once or twice a year can keep a pump running properly, help protect valves and fittings, and spot wear before there is a breakdown during peak demand. In places like North West and the Highveld, dust and temperature changes can take a toll quicker than expected.

We support clients with routine upkeep for borehole, rain-tank and filtration systems. If you already have a system in place, we can inspect it, advise on parts that need replacing and keep a record of what was done, which makes future servicing easier.
