Working With Us in Brits and Beyond
Our team works on South African water projects that have to perform properly in real site conditions. That means practical thinking, clear communication and people who can handle real conditions like load-shedding, long delivery routes, hard water, coastal humidity and municipal site rules without fuss.
We work with homeowners, smallholdings and farms, so no two days are the same. One day you may be helping with a borehole kit for a property in Hartbeespoort, the next you could be supporting a filtration order for the Western Cape or planning a delivery into Bloemfontein.
Roles We Hire For
We do not keep to one narrow type of role. Depending on workload and project needs, we look for people with hands-on experience, good admin habits or strong customer support skills. Some roles are office based, while others are more practical and involve site work, stock handling or logistics.
- Technical sales and product support
- Operations and project coordination
- Installation supervision and commissioning support
- Logistics planning and dispatch control
- Customer support and after-sales assistance
- Fault finding, servicing and maintenance support
What We Look For in a Candidate
We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly and follow through properly. Experience helps, but the right attitude matters just as much. If you can work neatly, ask good questions and keep a job moving, you will fit in well.
- Practical problem solving and attention to detail
- Comfort working with pumps, tanks, filters or basic plumbing systems
- Strong organising skills and respect for deadlines
- Willingness to work with farmers, homeowners and contractors
- A clean, professional approach when dealing with clients on site
How We Work on Projects
Our projects often start with a site assessment and system sizing, then move into kit assembly, delivery coordination and installation support. Team members need to understand the full process, because a good handover saves time later and helps the client get reliable water supply sooner.
We also handle commissioning checks, water testing, filter changes, pump servicing, tank cleaning and annual maintenance. That means a person joining us should be comfortable working carefully and learning the details behind each system, not just doing one task and moving on.
Growth, Training and Team Support
We believe in helping people build steady careers, not just filling a slot. Some of our best people have grown by learning from senior staff, understanding product ranges properly and taking more responsibility over time. If you are reliable and keen to learn, there is room to grow.
Our team includes Pieter Johannes van der Merwe, along with colleagues in operations, technical sales, coordination, logistics and customer support. Everyone plays a part in keeping orders accurate and projects on track, which is important when deliveries need to reach farms and homes across several provinces.
